I have a Euro 1st pressing and this compares very favourably. The bass parts come through much more clearly on this version for me. The original pressing is really really thin, perhaps that's the difference. Regardless, this is a good remaster I think.

Should this have a picture sleeve inner or plain white paper sleeve?

I think the images are not correct here. This was just a mock-up and not the original artwork. Am I right?
